People, process, and technology - aligned.
SPMView exists because most project management problems aren't tooling problems. They're alignment problems.
We started SPMView around a simple observation: companies don't fail at project delivery because they lack a PM tool. They fail because the tool, the process, and the people using it were never actually aligned. So we built our professional services practice around closing that gap - implementing project and portfolio management platforms that fit how a business actually works, rather than asking the business to fit the platform.
That same thinking led us to build SPMVIEW PPM. The clients we work with don't struggle with portfolio governance because they lack process - they struggle because governance lives in status decks, spreadsheets, and someone's inbox, disconnected from where the work actually happens. Roll AI coding agents into the mix, shipping plans, code, and test cases faster than any status cadence was designed to track, and that gap only widens. SPMVIEW PPM is built to close it with AI: an AI-native system of record that connects work items, agent-generated plans, documentation, test cases, defects, and code commits, surfaced on one real-time dashboard - so portfolio governance reflects what's actually happening, not what was true at last week's status meeting.
We measure success by what gets used, not just what gets installed.
A few principles that shape how we work.
Process should serve people
A process nobody actually follows isn't governance - it's friction. We design for the team that has to live in the system every day.
Adoption is the real deliverable
A perfectly configured platform that nobody uses is a failed project, no matter how clean the implementation looked on paper.
Balance Speed and Governance
The right structure - clear roles, clear dashboards, clear ownership - makes teams faster, not slower.
